This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of the go-to-market strategy throughout the entire revenue lifecycle, encompassing new business, renewals, and upselling, while representing Product Marketing in discussions and decisions at the revenue leadership level.
• Collaborate with revenue leaders to establish narratives, proof points, and resources that empower customer-facing teams to win, retain, and expand business.
• Work closely with Enablement to assess field requirements and manage the training and readiness schedule.
• Team up with Growth Marketing to define campaign themes, key topics, and the agenda for original research.
• Spearhead the Product Marketing collaboration with Communications and PR for spokesperson-led initiatives, major press events, and AI-enhanced search and discovery visibility.
• Enhance the downstream team’s AI-driven production system, including agents and workflows that convert approved messaging and sourced content into on-brand assets at scale.
• Lead, nurture, and prioritize the downstream Product Marketing team.
• Foster the usage of go-to-market materials throughout the revenue organization.
• Accelerate the production time of marketing assets via AI-enabled workflows while ensuring quality, brand consistency, and factual correctness.
• Provide finalist and executive-level sales materials for intricate enterprise opportunities.
• Ensure timely delivery of priority go-to-market programs and materials that align with revenue milestones.
• Over 10 years of experience in product marketing, with substantial experience in enterprise B2B or B2B2C sectors.
• More than 4 years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• A proven history of owning go-to-market strategy and execution across new business, renewals, and expansion efforts.
• Extensive experience collaborating with sales, customer success, enablement, growth marketing, communications, and creative teams.
• Outstanding writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
• The discernment to distill complex concepts for executive and customer audiences.
• Practical experience utilizing generative AI and agentic tools to enhance marketing workflows, efficiency, and scalability.
• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to link marketing activities to measurable business results.
• A proactive and highly organized approach to managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15% of the year.
• Experience in mental health, healthcare, employee benefits, or other highly regulated industries (a plus).
• Familiarity with marketing to complex B2B2C audiences, including employers, consultants, health plans, providers, and consumers (a plus).
