This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Define, oversee, and implement creative projects for clients to achieve business goals, manage expectations, and ensure profitability.
• Develop creative operating models, communication strategies, plans, and tools for effective program execution.
• Directly supervise members of the creative project management team, offering mentorship, career growth opportunities, and performance feedback.
• Guide team members on best practices and collaborate in addressing client challenges.
• Lead standardized creative processes and tools within the Delivery team.
• Oversee daily internal and client-facing status updates.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal creative teams.
• Provide recommendations for creative resource allocation and monitor team workload, effectiveness, program timelines, and project delivery health.
• Coordinate project execution responsibilities and lead stakeholder discussions regarding progress, milestones, and delivery health.
• Manage intricate project timelines, budgets, scope, and risks.
• Contribute to business development through project scoping, delivery methodologies, and resource estimations.
• Support change management and manage resources in response to evolving project requirements.
• Minimal travel may be necessary to client locations.
• Over 10 years of project management experience in advertising, creative agencies, production studios, or similar environments.
• More than 5 years of program management experience.
• At least 7 years of experience managing an internal team and direct reports.
• Strong comprehension of creative workflows across design, video, digital, social, and integrated campaigns.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled creative workflows or content production tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding problem-solving, organizational, time management, and risk management abilities.
• Experience consolidating project artifacts into a comprehensive program-scale set of documents.
• Capacity to be self-directed and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, and Jira.
• Exceptional scheduling and planning capabilities; adept at managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience in project financial management, including budget oversight, ETC, EAC, and profitability; project accounting and opportunity estimation skills.
• Experience leading digital transformation projects.
• Proven track record of effective client communication.
• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. (E-Verify/Form I-9).
