This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Provide an enterprise architecture viewpoint on data decisions and solutions throughout Crocs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and technology teams to create strategies that yield measurable business value.
• Define and enhance enterprise data architecture in collaboration with Business Intelligence and Data Engineering leaders.
• Establish enterprise information and domain architecture standards, cross-domain design patterns, and shared methodologies.
• Ensure that enterprise data solutions facilitate reporting, analytics, self-service, and adapt to changing business requirements.
• Collaborate on platform and solution architecture to devise practical, scalable, and sustainable strategies.
• Create and manage enterprise data architecture governance, which includes an Architecture Review Board.
• Identify conflicts and tradeoffs, foster alignment, and support decision-making for key data, analytics, and platform initiatives.
• Streamline the data ecosystem, enhance interoperability, and accelerate business value through improved architectural decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Over 8 years of experience in designing enterprise-scale data architectures, data platforms, analytics ecosystems, or data-intensive solutions.
• Strong grasp of contemporary data architecture concepts, such as information and domain architecture, data modeling, integration methods, governance, metadata, and analytics enablement.
• Demonstrated capability to address complex business challenges through data and technology solution design.
• Experience in balancing immediate execution needs with long-term architectural sustainability, scalability, flexibility, and maintainability.
• Excellent collaboration and influencing skills among engineering, analytics, business, and technology teams.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and decision-making abilities.
• Aptitude for identifying tradeoffs, managing conflict, and guiding architectural discussions among a diverse range of stakeholders.
