📋 Description

• Design and oversee a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with client and talent acquisition, integrated marketing goals, and objectives for audience growth.

• Convert audience insights, business analytics, market trends, and industry expertise into effective content marketing strategies targeting key audiences and sectors.

• Create tailored content marketing strategies for various channels, including SEO, AEO, email, paid media, and conversion pages.

• Develop and manage a prioritized content marketing roadmap that emphasizes high-intent search opportunities, conversion-driven landing pages, and assets integrated with campaigns.

• Set content marketing standards to enhance consistency, quality, effectiveness, and differentiation.

• Ensure the quality, consistency, and performance of marketing content across digital channels and throughout audience journeys.

• Collaborate with channel strategy leaders to produce SEO/AEO pages, landing pages, email marketing initiatives, lifecycle programs, and paid media assets.

• Guarantee that content assets meet search intent, user requirements, answer quality, and conversion targets.

• Utilize AI-assisted content marketing workflows while ensuring quality, accuracy, compliance, and adherence to brand standards.

• Standardize content quality across high-volume job and solution pages in coordination with Web teams.

• Define and monitor content marketing KPIs, including leads, inquiries, applications, engagement, conversion rates, organic visibility, and AI-driven visibility.

• Create attribution models linking content performance to leads, applications, and business outcomes.

• Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and prioritize opportunities for impactful optimizations.

• Promote testing and ongoing improvements through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and iterations of email journeys.

• Scale repeatable content marketing playbooks across various segments, roles, industries, solutions, and audience requirements.

• Build and lead a centralized content marketing team that supports multiple audience segments.

• Develop scalable operations that encompass intake, prioritization, workflows, governance, quality standards, and performance routines.

• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Marketing Technology, Web, Integrated Marketing, Field Marketing, Analytics, Brand, and Communications teams.

• Manage agencies and external partners as necessary.

• Encourage a culture of continuous learning, feedback, accountability, employee engagement, recognition, and overall well-being.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Business, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or related leadership roles.

• Proven track record in B2B and B2C content marketing with measurable contributions to pipeline growth, conversion, engagement, and revenue.

• Extensive knowledge of SEO-driven content marketing strategy, search intent, content performance, and AEO principles.

• Experience in leading multi-channel content marketing initiatives and establishing scalable content marketing operations.

• Demonstrated skill in building, leading, and developing content marketing teams.

• Exceptional abilities in marketing writing, editing, and storytelling.

• Experience in creating a content marketing function from the ground up is preferred.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted content marketing tools and workflows is preferred.

• Experience collaborating closely with technical SEO, web, analytics, performance marketing, and marketing technology teams is preferred.

• Background in high-growth, performance-oriented marketing environments is preferred.

• Successful completion of a background check is required as a condition of employment.
