This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of the complete delivery process for content projects across a diverse client portfolio.
• Act as the main liaison for client communications.
• Cultivate and manage client relationships while ensuring timely delivery.
• Facilitate bi-weekly or monthly check-in meetings with clients.
• Prepare for and deliver presentations during client meetings, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Prioritize tasks effectively across the client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the Writing and Strategy teams to manage interdependencies and timelines.
• Adjust workloads based on both internal and external influences.
• Follow up with clients and internal team members to maintain project timelines.
• Keep a comprehensive overview of client accounts, including priorities, goals, and content strategies.
• Create detailed content outlines and briefs for the Writing team.
• Conduct thorough quality checks before the content is delivered.
• Ensure content aligns with Ellipsis’s AI optimization strategy.
• Verify that content adheres to the client's voice, messaging, and style guidelines.
• Ensure all published content is user-friendly and visually appealing.
• Keep internal records updated with client requirements.
• Remain informed about updates to the optimization strategy.
• Advocate for necessary revisions when content requires further development.
• Enhance workflows, efficiency, and essential processes.
• A minimum of 3-4 years in project management, client/account management, or a related field.
• Highly organized with strong skills in managing both client and internal relationships.
• Exceptional attention to quality.
• Capable of identifying challenges or obstacles.
• Proactive in addressing and solving issues.
• Quick to adapt to unfamiliar B2B and SaaS topics.
• Skilled at ensuring content is engaging, user-friendly, and optimized for both AI and traditional search engines.
• Familiarity with GEO would be beneficial.
• Strong critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to pinpoint inefficiencies in processes and systems and initiate improvements.
• Comfortable communicating via Basecamp, Google Meet, Slack, email, and video calls.
• Expected to participate in meetings from 9am–5pm GMT, with occasional calls outside these hours.
• Open to feedback and focused on providing solutions.
• High degree of self-awareness and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of driving projects to completion.
• Full-time, fully remote position.

• Salary range of £33-38k/year, depending on experience.
