This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
β’ Lead, shape, and govern a cross-functional team comprising both real estate and non-real estate partners to facilitate progress through a cohesive program.
β’ Establish standards for the PMO, governance frameworks, methodologies, engagement models, and tools for executing cross-functional programs across construction projects and regional implementations.
β’ Create stakeholder mapping and serve as the central point for aggregating and disseminating information among all parties involved.
β’ Develop and present data-driven insights, along with shaping communications and reporting tailored for executive and business unit use.
β’ Onboard team members and leaders from various functions while ensuring their active participation and engagement.
β’ Design and lead large, interactive workshops.
β’ Oversee and provide guidance on workplace consolidation initiatives from strategy formulation through planning, construction, and implementation.
β’ Compile consolidated roadmaps, operational plans, risk trackers, action plans, and reporting templates.
β’ Manage interdependencies, risks, issues, and escalations across multiple concurrent workstreams within the program.
β’ Offer advice to program sponsors and functional leaders regarding operational and strategic challenges.
β’ Translate business operational needs into planning and programming requirements.
β’ Develop and track program performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
β’ Analyze lessons learned, improvement opportunities, and stakeholder feedback to formulate strategic recommendations.
β’ Participate in Global Integration Program Team meetings to support regional program integration, process enhancements, and PMO projects.
β’ Extensive experience in establishing and leading large-scale workplace transformation programs.
β’ Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional program delivery teams.
β’ Exceptional leadership and organizational skills for managing multidisciplinary teams and programs.
β’ Understanding of the entire process of real estate and construction project delivery, from feasibility studies to commissioning.
β’ Familiarity with workplace strategy.
β’ Strong expertise in change management and experience applying its principles to engage stakeholders effectively.
β’ A bachelor's degree is required.
β’ 7+ years of relevant experience in program leadership/management roles focused on workplace and real estate initiatives.
β’ PMP/MSP certification is preferred.
β’ An advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred.
β’ Capability to work with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies and tools.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 25% may be necessary.
β’ Must possess authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
