This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee programs that engage healthcare professionals and pharmaceutical clients for Clinical Insights offerings.
• Organize and manage the workflow for specialty provider working groups, clinical impact initiatives, advisory boards, and clinical contracts.
• Act as the clinical liaison between pharmaceutical sponsors and internal teams.
• Offer clinical expertise and guidance for Clinical Insights offerings.
• Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders in oncology, urology, retina, and various other specialties.
• Create discussion guides and facilitate working group engagements with specialty providers.
• Assist in working group initiatives alongside both internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead the creation and presentation of final data reports, executive summaries, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with business development account leads to pinpoint sales opportunities and prepare proposals.
• Oversee project scope and take necessary actions with internal team members and clients.
• Implement projects utilizing knowledge of clients, objectives, scopes, budgets, timelines, and Cencora solutions.
• Utilize customer feedback for process and solution enhancements.
• Comply with SOPs and company policies regarding compliance, contracting, and ethical boundaries.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and lawful work environment.

• Execute other related duties as assigned.
• Clinical oncology experience as an RN, APP, PharmD, or equivalent clinical background is required.
• A robust background in oncology and/or experience in other specialties is preferred.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or consulting is advantageous.
• Additional specialty certification is highly desirable.
• A completed four-year bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is necessary.
• At least 8+ years of progressively responsible related experience is required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of a specialized field, sufficient to educate others.
• Experience in developing and implementing healthcare provider-based programs is essential.
• Proficiency in medical writing and the ability to present scientific, clinical, and technical information is needed.
• Strong oral, written, interpersonal, relationship-building, analytical, organizational, and group presentation skills are a must.
• Good presence in virtual/on-camera settings.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work collaboratively within and across teams.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of success in the industry or consulting.
• Capacity to work independently with sound judgment.
• Strong ability to operate independently in a remote-based work environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 5-10 times per year.
