
Director, Client Success – Revenue Cycle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Engage throughout the entire client lifecycle, encompassing sales, implementations, project launches, business reviews, and identification of cross-sell opportunities.
• Supervise Client Success initiatives for assigned clients.
• Collaborate with EnableComp leadership to fulfill responsibilities in a timely and professional manner.
• Act as an ambassador for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and supportive team.
• Oversee KPI metrics, customer surveys, scoring, and objectives for client retention.
• Monitor client performance objectives and carry out regular status and progress evaluations.
• Create and present monthly and quarterly client reporting packages.
• Work alongside internal teams to develop client-specific strategies, action plans, resolve issues, maximize revenue, and explore cross-sell opportunities.
• Partner with IT and Product Support for file corrections, updates, and automation tasks.
• Organize and participate in client meetings and conference calls.
• Prepare agendas and presentation materials, compile meeting summaries, and produce deliverables.
• Support Implementation with process updates and oversee post-implementation client deliverables.
• Manage client commitments and strive to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Attend internal client account review meetings.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in various situations.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of proven account management experience within the healthcare technology sector, particularly in hospital revenue cycle management.
• A combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Preferred experience with claims billing and IT/EDI systems.
• Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce.com.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong presentation skills for effectively communicating analytics, results, and ROI.
• Client-service orientation is essential.
• Capable of working independently while also collaborating with internal departments and leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in managing high-pressure situations and challenging conversations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and exhibit adaptability.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
