This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take charge of the client experience in the designated territory and oversee customer relationships following implementation.
• Clearly convey the value of service lines and assist in resolving customer inquiries.
• Collaborate across departments including Sales, Marketing, IT, Implementation, Operations, Clinical, and Contracts.
• Propel client initiatives within the organization.
• Conduct monthly calls and quarterly business reviews with the assigned client portfolio.
• Carry out onsite visits to clients to ensure their health and enhance partnerships.
• Impact client experiences at the executive leadership level.
• Serve as the escalation point for satisfaction-related issues.
• Maintain a balance between client advocacy and strong representation of Access TeleCare.
• Operate with minimal supervision.
• Travel 30–40% within the assigned territory and corporate offices.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 6 years in a customer-facing account management role within the healthcare sector or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the Behavioral Health domain is an advantage.
• Proficient in applying strategic, critical, and analytical thinking to resolve customer issues and requests.
• Comfortable communicating with or presenting to individuals at all levels within a hospital environment, including C-suite executives, clinical leaders, nurses, physicians, credentialing, quality, and IT personnel.
• Capable of acting as the subject matter expert on clients with internal stakeholders, providing insights on trends, issues, and opportunities.
• Well-organized and focused on project management.
• Preference for engaging with existing clients rather than seeking new business prospects.
• Proven experience using CRM systems, including Dynamics and Salesforce.
• Ability to convey information effectively using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Skilled in organizing data for face-to-face, video, or phone meetings.
• Competent in identifying growth opportunities within a client portfolio.
• Capable of thriving in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to travel 30–40% within the territory and corporate offices.
• Able to remain stationary for 50% of the time.
