This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Oversee all elements of daily client management and operations.
β’ Cultivate client relationships while driving sales, revenue growth, and margin achievement.
β’ Enhance client satisfaction, retention, quality execution, and the expansion of services and solutions.
β’ Provide program-specific training for District Managers and the National Field Execution team.
β’ Create field tools to gather valuable client data.
β’ Evaluate program impacts and business outcomes; report significant insights.
β’ Propel revenue growth with current clients and identify new business opportunities.
β’ Recognize and implement initiatives that yield mutually beneficial outcomes for Mosaic and its clients.
β’ Address and resolve issues while maintaining a balance between customer satisfaction, quality, and relevance.
β’ Collaborate with Mosaic field and internal operations leaders to develop and articulate client strategic plans.
β’ Engage in or lead new business development initiatives.
β’ Manage communication of programs to field management and merchandisers.
β’ Relay product introductions, merchandising updates, training initiatives, and special event requirements to field teams.
β’ Take part in quarterly business reviews and business planning sessions.
β’ Seek out and disseminate best practices.
β’ Carry out other assigned duties.
β’ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
β’ A minimum of five years of account management or operations/management experience in a retail merchandising setting, or a similar combination of education and experience.
β’ Exceptional skills in relationship building and management.
β’ Ability to engage with key client contacts and comprehend expectations, initiatives, product launches, and in-store execution requirements.
β’ Excellent organizational capabilities, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
β’ Experience in developing, tracking, and overseeing cross-functional processes.
β’ Proficiency in Excel.
β’ Familiarity with the general retail landscape.
β’ Experience in executing resets across various channels or other retail-environment projects.
β’ Capability to establish relationships with key stakeholders in Merchandising, Operations, HR, Finance, and other departments.
β’ Ability to guarantee accurate and timely invoicing.
β’ Strong analytical, verbal communication, presentation, persuasive selling, and influencing abilities.
β’ Preferred experience in supporting consumer technology, consumer electronics, wearable technology, or emerging technology brands.
β’ Capacity to sit for prolonged periods, operate a computer for extended durations, lift and carry light items typically weighing over 20 pounds, and perform repetitive motions.
