This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee all facets of daily client management and operations.
• Cultivate client relationships and drive sales, revenue growth, and margin achievement.
• Enhance client satisfaction and retention rates.
• Guarantee the quality execution of programs.
• Broaden the services and solutions utilized by clients.
• Provide program-specific training to District Managers and the National Field Execution team.
• Create field tools to gather valuable field information for clients.
• Assess program impact and business outcomes, reporting key insights.
• Foster revenue growth with current clients and secure new opportunities.
• Identify and promote mutually beneficial initiatives for Mosaic and its clients.
• Address and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with field and internal operations leaders to formulate client strategic plans.
• Engage in or lead new business development efforts.
• Manage program communications directed to field management and merchandisers.
• Monitor and relay information regarding product launches, merchandising updates, training initiatives, and special event requirements.
• Seek out and disseminate best practices.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related disciplines.
• A minimum of five years of experience in account management or operations/management within a retail merchandising context, or a comparable mix of education and experience.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with a proven track record in relationship management.
• Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and task prioritization.
• Experience in developing, tracking, and managing cross-functional processes.
• Proficiency in Excel is required.
• Familiarity with the general retail landscape.
• Knowledge and capability to collaborate with finance contacts to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Persuasive selling skills and the ability to influence others.
• Experience in supporting national retail beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or health & wellness is highly preferred.
• Experience executing resets across multiple channels (drug, mass, or grocery) or various projects within a retail setting is ideal.
• Ability to sit for extended periods, use a computer for prolonged durations, lift and carry light items typically over 20 pounds, occasionally reach/bend/stoop, maintain focus for long periods, follow clear instructions, and perform repetitive motions.
