This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop strategies for account management concerning client service plans.
β’ Oversee the retention of current clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering revenue growth, conducting client surveys, and pursuing new business opportunities.
β’ Deliver program management for major clients that necessitate dedicated staff, multiple locations, and intricate service models.
β’ Supervise local Client Services personnel.
β’ Provide stewardship reporting and educate clients on issues and trends affecting their programs.
β’ Conduct pre-renewal visits to assess client loss experiences and company performance.
β’ Prepare documentation for client renewals, contract revisions, and Client Service Instructions.
β’ Negotiate modifications or enhancements to service plans.
β’ Guide and influence internal departments to mitigate process, technology, and resource constraints.
β’ Manage client invoicing, audits, and follow-up on accounts receivable.
β’ Address significant customer service challenges and identify opportunities for cross-selling.
β’ Oversee personnel matters, implement staffing policies, hire new team members, and conduct performance evaluations.
β’ Ensure adherence to relevant Quality initiatives.
β’ Experience in Account Management with a focus on Workers Compensation, General Liability, or Auto claims is essential.
β’ A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
β’ At least two (2) years of experience as an account manager or five (5) years as an adjuster, including two (2) years in a supervisory role.
β’ Proven experience in overseeing client services staff and managing complex service models.
β’ Capability to handle client retention, ensure customer satisfaction, drive revenue growth, conduct client surveys, and develop new business.
