Billing Analyst, Client Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acquire knowledge of how URS invoices clients for audit, On-Call, and Development Services tasks

• Prepare and assess monthly invoices for a designated client or service portfolio

• Ensure timely and accurate billing for every client

• Address inquiries from owners and property managers regarding invoices, fees, and account-related questions

• Clarify charges in straightforward language and follow through until issues are resolved

• Establish billing items, rates, and account specifics for new projects

• Work in conjunction with Audit and Implementation teams on billing configurations

• Identify and enhance manual and repetitive billing processes using various tools, including AI

• Confirm that improvements to the billing process function correctly

• Assist with teammates’ accounts during their absences and peak deadlines

• Reliable and clear communication skills, especially with frustrated clients

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States

• Employment subject to a background check

• Experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, or billing operations is advantageous but not mandatory

• Background in property management, multifamily, or commercial real estate is beneficial but not required

• Familiarity with NetSuite or another ERP system is a plus, although not essential
