This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the effective onboarding and renewal processes for clients by executing high-quality implementation planning.
• Act as the secondary escalation point for significant internal and external issues and requests.
• Prepare business updates and supporting documents for executive leadership.
• Offer proactive, strategically aligned recommendations for implementation activities.
• Direct implementation planning and execution, ensuring cross-collaboration, compliant pharmacy benefit designs, and client satisfaction.
• Work in conjunction with leadership and both internal and external support teams on strategic and tactical implementation plans.
• Articulate the company's mission, vision, values, and implementation processes to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and train members of the implementation team.
• Formulate strategies to achieve implementation performance guarantees while enhancing client engagement, incentives, outcomes, and utilization.
• Assist with sales efforts, RFIs, RFPs, and finalist meetings.
• Spearhead internal implementation operations initiatives and collaborative projects.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
• Achieve performance objectives and boost client satisfaction through proactive and strategic decision-making.
• A Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration is required.
• At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare and/or PBM implementations, with a focus on building and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to simplify, automate, and modify complex processes.
• Proven experience in managing diverse client portfolios and teams, delivering goals, services, and projects within set timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
• Excellent planning and problem-analysis skills, coupled with a consumer-centric approach.
• Ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and communicate effectively, promptly, and transparently.
• Proven capability to collaborate and positively influence outcomes across all teams and stakeholder levels.
• A growth mindset with the ability to lead change, implement best practices, build team resilience, and adapt to evolving requirements and rapid growth.
• Experience in a client-facing role, addressing complex customer issues, managing escalations, and serving as an escalation point.
• Background in leading remote teams and functioning in a remote environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel 20%-40% of the time.
• An advanced degree and PMP certification are preferred.
