This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Achieve double-digit year-over-year growth for one or more major accounts
• Position Nagarro as the strategic partner for AI transformation among CXOs
• Increase the assigned portfolio by over 15% year-over-year
• Meet revenue objectives through systematic account planning
• Secure and maintain a prominent role in AI discussions within managed accounts
• Minimum of 5 years in key account leadership or a similar targeted role
• Proven track record of expanding accounts
• Proficiency in AI within an industry context
• Expertise in deal structuring and commercial insight
• Experience in procurement and legal negotiations
• Collaborative team player with engineering and capability teams
• Low ego with a strong sense of accountability
