Director, Claims Configuration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Manage the setup of claims configuration and pricing/benefits within the claims payment system.

• Ensure the accurate representation of provider contracts and claims payments.

• Guarantee timely and precise configurations and pricing/benefits setup for new business implementations.

• Ensure that any changes in provider contracts are updated in the claims payment system.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect business requirements for system configurations and setups.

• Identify and execute opportunities for process automation.

• Supervise the evaluation and analysis of upcoming implementations.

• Ensure a successful and seamless transition into claims systems and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• At least 7 years of experience in configuration, claims adjudication, pricing/benefits setup, or contracting.
