This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and finalize high-value service opportunities throughout the United States.
• Create and implement a national go-to-market strategy for Cisco-aligned Security, Data Center, and AI services.
• Foster relationships with Cisco sales leaders, account teams, business units, and strategic partners.
• Formulate joint account strategies and pipelines with Cisco, VARs, systems integrators, and channel partners.
• Identify, qualify, and shape opportunities related to new logos, account expansion, Cisco-led, and partner-led initiatives.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, encompassing prospecting, discovery, business case development, solution positioning, proposal coordination, commercial negotiations, and closure.
• Engage with CIOs, CISOs, infrastructure leaders, and other executives concerning business outcomes, operational risks, and modernization priorities.
• Lead the business discovery and qualification process, then collaborate with solution architects and presales teams for technical insights.
• Promote managed services, professional services, consumption-based offerings, and outcome-focused engagement models.
• Ensure accurate opportunity data, forecasts, account plans, and next-step discipline are maintained.
• Represent Gruve in customer meetings, partner events, executive briefings, and industry forums.
• Meet an annual sales target ranging from 3 million to 5 million dollars.
• Build and sustain a qualified pipeline approximately four times the annual quota.
• Cultivate productive relationships with priority Cisco teams and strategic VAR partners.
• Enhance opportunity conversion rates through effective qualification, executive alignment, and management of next steps.
• Maintain forecast accuracy and uphold CRM standards.
• Create repeatable co-sell strategies that generate new logos and expansion revenue.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise technology or services sales, with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing quotas.
• Experience with Cisco or a major Cisco partner, systems integrator, or services organization.
• Established connections within Cisco or the broader strategic Cisco partner ecosystem.
• Proven success in selling complex managed services and professional services to enterprise clients.
• Working knowledge of Cisco Security, Data Center, and AI infrastructure, with in-depth expertise in at least one area.
• Capability to conduct business-focused discovery, assess technical and commercial requirements, and engage solution architects for detailed design discussions.
• Experience in generating pipelines through vendor, partner, and direct-enterprise relationships.
• Comprehensive deal ownership, including value articulation, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract finalization.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, relationship-building, and internal collaboration skills.
• Ability to function independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial services environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% as needed.
