This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Proactively identify and source new business opportunities, pursue leads, establish connections, and finalize transactions.

• Maintain consistent communication with investors, adapt to changing investment criteria, and secure repeat investments.

• Organize and conduct pitch meetings for potential investors, effectively representing Enterprise's mission and range of opportunities.

• Enhance cross-selling potential by showcasing the comprehensive services offered by Enterprise.

• Independently navigate complex organizational structures to achieve mutually advantageous outcomes.

• Recognize available opportunities and cultivate relationships into trusted advisory roles.

• Act as an external representative of Enterprise.

• Foster talent development within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Urban Planning, or a similar field.

• Over 5 years of experience in LIHTC underwriting and/or execution of LIHTC funds.

• In-depth knowledge of LIHTC structuring and investor underwriting procedures.

• Proficiency in advanced Excel modeling.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.

• Must secure or currently hold FINRA SIE, Series 22, and Series 63 licenses.

• Willingness to travel approximately 40% for internal events, conferences, and meetings with investors.
