Director, Business Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +44 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead transformation programs across the enterprise or specific business units that align with strategic objectives.

• Develop transformation strategies and convert enterprise priorities into actionable roadmaps.

• Sponsor significant AI-driven process redesign and technology enablement projects.

• Collaborate with VPs and executive leaders to ensure alignment on priorities, resources, and expected outcomes.

• Establish governance at the enterprise level, including success metrics and frameworks for benefit realization.

• Foster a culture that embraces data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

• Ensure that transformation results are integrated into operating models.

• Act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating executive presence and strategic insight.

• Provide support, guidance, and motivation to enhance overall performance.

• Implement company personnel policies and adhere to staffing standards and training recommendations.

• Conduct interviews, hire talent, develop colleague performance plans, and lead performance discussions.

• Travel as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.

• Relevant certifications in business transformation and/or AI are preferred.

• A minimum of 10 years' experience leading extensive business transformation initiatives or a comparable combination of education and experience is required.

• Possess executive presence, a broad perspective, and strong change leadership abilities.

• Proven experience in utilizing AI tools to enhance personal delivery.

• Proficiency in PC usage, including Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong analytical and interpretive skills.

• Excellent time management and organizational capabilities.

• Demonstrated management and leadership skills.

• Capable of creating and delivering thorough, accurate, and constructive written reports.

• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.

• Ability to meet or exceed established Performance Competencies.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
