This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Establish and oversee the FORM Enterprise Transformation Group as a streamlined, high-impact enterprise capability.
• Convert ELT priorities into clearly defined, time-sensitive engagements with appropriate sponsorship, ownership, outcomes, and measurable value.
• Direct initiatives from diagnosis through prototyping, future-state design, implementation, adoption, and stabilization.
• Facilitate executive decision-making, eliminate cross-functional obstacles, and uphold accountability for delivery and value realization.
• Ensure portfolio transparency regarding priorities, capacity, milestones, risks, decisions, adoption, and value.
• Develop methods for engagement intake, prioritization, governance, escalation, implementation, and handoff.
• Guarantee that engagements document baselines, outcomes, sponsors, owners, resources, measures, and sustainment plans.
• Collaborate with Finance on business cases, benefit validation, and clear financial and operational value reporting.
• Spearhead end-to-end process diagnosis and redesign across various functions.
• Utilize FormFactor 4C, Lean, Six Sigma, process design, analytics, automation, AI, and rapid prototyping methodologies.
• Design and facilitate stakeholder workshops, transforming recommendations into actionable solutions.
• Create plans for change management, communication, training, adoption, and reinforcement.
• Lead a flat, multidisciplinary team, integrating subject-matter experts and partners across different functions.
• Cultivate team members to become independent senior operators.
• Provide concise updates to the CFO, ELT steering group, initiative sponsors, and functional leaders.
• Deliver a prioritized transformation portfolio, engagement charters, operating models, roadmaps, decision packages, benefit reporting, and reusable methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (as outlined in Preferred Qualifications & Experiences).
• A minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience in leadership roles with a Bachelor's degree; or 10 years with a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 8 years of experience; or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional transformations from diagnosis to implementation and sustained adoption.
• Strong financial and business acumen, encompassing business case development, benefit measurement, and value realization.
• Ability to influence executive and functional leaders, facilitate challenging decisions, and maintain accountability across organizational boundaries.
• Exceptional skills in executive communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
• Experience in the semiconductor, semiconductor equipment, electronics, capital equipment, or high-mix manufacturing sectors.
• Familiarity with SIOP / IBP, supply chain, manufacturing operations, service/logistics, digital transformation, or enterprise planning.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, change management, program management, or process design.
• Experience in leading technology-enabled transformations involving analytics, workflow, automation, AI, ERP, planning, or data platforms.
• Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
