This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Design and consistently enhance annual and quarterly planning procedures.
• Develop and refine executive operating frameworks, including portfolio assessments, business evaluations, and leadership schedules.
• Discover opportunities to streamline and enhance collaboration among Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
• Convert strategy into investment plans, measurable outcomes, and visibility of the portfolio.
• Create executive dashboards and business insights that link investments to customer value, progress in execution, and overall business performance.
• Collaborate with Finance on financial planning, budgeting, workforce management, and investment transparency.
• Build operating relationships with Finance, GTM, People, Legal, Corporate Communications, and other cross-functional collaborators.
• Establish planning interlocks and feedback mechanisms to enhance alignment, transparency, and execution.
• Communicate the rationale and outcomes of Product & Technology investments.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing Business Operations team.
• Promote continuous improvement, curiosity, and operational excellence.
• Proven experience in designing or significantly evolving operating models, planning processes, or business operating frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in guiding organizations through operational transformations.
• Experience in establishing executive operating rhythms that facilitate decision-making.
• Ability to connect strategy, portfolio planning, financial planning, and workforce planning effectively.
• Strong skills in executive communication and business insights.
• Capability to influence senior leaders and foster trusted cross-functional partnerships.
• Proficiency in English as a working language is mandatory.
