Director, Business Operations – Business Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with current partners.

• Act as the main point of contact for all partner communications.

• Create and implement organized business strategies or quarterly OKRs that align with partner objectives.

• Optimize the potential of strategic partnerships by gaining a deep understanding of partner businesses.

• Analyze data to identify trends and discover opportunities to enhance business KPIs.

• Develop new growth avenues with both existing and prospective partners.

• Negotiate and formulate mutually advantageous agreements.

• Deliver actionable analysis, insights, and updates to both partners and internal teams.

• Address and resolve operational and execution challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with product, operations, data, and sales teams.

• Influence the strategic direction of the partnership portfolio to drive organizational growth.

• Report directly to the VP of Partnerships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting.

• Demonstrated success in managing intricate projects from start to finish.

• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with a strong inclination for action.

• Strong work ethic with a readiness to learn and adapt swiftly.

• Data-driven mindset in decision-making processes.

• Capability to analyze complex scenarios and make informed, actionable choices.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in conveying complex ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada.
