Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, Replenishment Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily customer operations in collaboration with the Supply Chain Manager.

• Take ownership of the entire order process and aim for a 95% no-touch order-to-cash operation.

• Collaborate with Logistics to ensure timely deliveries and effective truckload consolidation.

• Manage EDI systems and the order management workflows.

• Analyze root causes of recurring fulfillment challenges and implement scalable solutions.

• Handle the logistics non-compliance and fines process from identification to resolution.

• Manage customer fill rate reporting and lead investigations into root causes and corrective actions.

• Assist in the onboarding of new customers while strengthening relationships with existing accounts.

• Monitor inventory levels and proactively manage potential inventory reductions.

• Develop scalable SOPs and disseminate knowledge and best practices.

• Report to the Manager of Supply Chain Customer Service.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in customer-facing management within a Supply Chain setting.

• Proficient in deconstructing complex and ambiguous problems and providing sound recommendations.

• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Effective in collaborating across functions in a fast-paced and highly cooperative environment.

• Quick to adapt, manage multiple priorities, and resolve issues in real time.

• Transparent and empathetic communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail, high sense of ownership, and excellent organizational skills.

• Proficient in Google Workspace, Salesforce, and other leading CRM platforms.

• Experience in the CPG industry is preferred.

• Familiarity with implementing AI and automation tools to enhance process efficiency.

• Six Sigma Lean certification is preferred.
