This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Provide high-quality, actionable insights across various platforms.
• Produce clear, actionable, and thought-provoking research.
• Ensure timely, high-quality peer reviews of research content.
• Design and present webinars, onsite engagements, and Gartner conferences.
• Monitor vendors, market trends, emerging practices, and related sectors.
• Offer sales support to maintain and expand Gartner’s business.
• Establish credibility as an industry expert in Gartner research, methodology, and strategy.
• Engage in innovation, ideation, and research discussions.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the research community.
• Identify enhancements in research processes and create new service delivery methods.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Interact with clients through virtual meetings, sales support, conferences, and industry events.
• Proven experience with Agentic Data Management, including live project delivery and comprehension of challenges, use cases, and technologies.
• Real-world implementation experience in Agentic Data Management; purely proof-of-concept experience is inadequate.
• Bachelor's Degree, Advanced Professional Qualification, or over 10 years of direct experience in a Data and Analytics-related field.
• Familiarity with key Agentic Data Management vendors, products, and capabilities.
• Understanding of Chief Data and Analytics Officer initiatives, objectives, and business-value ROI.
• Ability to communicate confidently with C-level executives and deliver actionable, relevant insights.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to work under tight deadlines while delivering high-quality outputs.
• Excellence in research and writing capabilities.
• Proficient written and verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Capability to engage clients and respond effectively to inquiries.
• Ability to effectively represent Gartner's research methodology and strategies at all organizational levels.
• Willingness and capability to travel up to 25% when necessary.
• Background in Data & Analytics, potentially including prior hands-on experience and team leadership.
• Understanding of the complete data lifecycle, encompassing governance, quality, integration, reusability, and management.
• Skill in analyzing and synthesizing data and applying patterns and frameworks to client challenges.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and simply.
• Subject-matter expertise with comfort in presenting at both large and small-scale speaking engagements.
