Data Quality Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Allocate 60% of your time engaging with customers and 40% on technical tasks.

• Collaborate directly with customers to facilitate successful data migration.

• Handle a variety of tasks while adapting to changing priorities and tight deadlines.

• Provide updates and communicate project status to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Discover and utilize techniques for transferring previously unaddressed data sources.

• Assess database structures and translate them into the ServiceTitan data model.

• Develop queries to correct, reformat, or relocate data as needed.

• Examine source-software data when customers are assessing new software solutions.

• Present data clean-up efforts to the broader data team.

• Facilitate coordination between clients, data engineers, and Onboarders.

• Ensure timely delivery of transferred data to support customer adoption of ServiceTitan.

• Receive project assignments and deadlines from the Data Engineering or Implementation departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental knowledge and experience with T-SQL.

• Basic understanding of SQL Server.

• Basic familiarity with ETL operations.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.

• Ability to discern relationships within databases and infer developers’ intentions based on structure and values.

• Competence in collaborating effectively within a team environment under tight deadlines and high expectations.

• Proven ability to manage shifting priorities and tight schedules.

• Customer-facing technical proficiency.

• Clear communication skills regarding project status, requirements, delays, and completions.

• Capability to work cross-functionally with clients, data engineers, and Onboarders.
