This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Identify and document the training needs of the Tech team

• Design, document, implement, monitor, and update training plans

• Organize courses, workshops, events, and training programs

• Manage and administer learning platforms

• Research, select, and organize relevant content for Tech training sessions

• Transform information from internal experts into clear, structured, and visually appealing learning materials

• Create and edit graphic and multimedia pieces, including banners, images, invitations, certificates, rankings, announcements, campaigns, GIFs, and presentations

• Support the development and moderation of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events

• Document and keep processes, procedures, courses, manuals, repositories, and materials up to date

• Measure and analyze the results of programs and propose improvements through follow-up reports

• Execute additional functions assigned by the immediate supervisor

⛳️ Requirements

• Technologist in Digital Advertising, Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Engineering, Digital Communication, Social Communication and Journalism, Technologist in Visual Graphic Media, or related fields

• At least 6 months of experience in training and development processes or teaching

• Disability certificate issued by the Ministry of Health

• Basic proficiency in office tools and Canva

• Skills in content creation, training, and creativity in design
