Configuration Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the activities of the Federal EHR Modernization program.

• Act as a knowledgeable resource for clinical and operational users of the system.

• Facilitate the coordination of approved configuration modifications within the PATH EHR system.

• Keep precise records of all configuration changes made for potential government audits.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and organizational partners to manage changes in the PATH EHR system.

• Contribute to the maintenance of system stability, usability, data integrity, and the execution of reliable changes.

• Provide support for ServiceNow change requests and assist in resolving incidents.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Over 4 years of experience in supporting medium to large IT projects, including performance reporting and system setup.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

• In-depth knowledge of the PATH (Oracle Cerner Millennium) EHR system.

• Experience with ServiceNow for incident triage, management, and resolution.

• Background in training, education, or task coordination.

• Functional understanding of IT project management principles and tools.

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• US citizenship is not mandatory.

• No current clearance is necessary.

• SSBI (T5) public trust or other requirements apply.
