Director, Agency Partnerships – Digital

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and expand a team of agency partnership sellers aimed at generating revenue across designated accounts.

• Establish performance expectations, quotas, and success metrics for team members.

• Provide coaching on deal strategies, pipeline development, and best practices for partner engagement.

• Promote a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable sales culture.

• Build, manage, and enhance strategic relationships with holding companies, independent agencies, and healthcare-focused partners.

• Act as a senior escalation point and executive sponsor for key agency accounts.

• Develop joint business plans and partnership frameworks to facilitate mutual growth.

• Own and manage agency-driven revenue, including pipeline creation, forecasting, and quota achievement.

• Assist the team in identifying, prioritizing, and closing high-value opportunities.

• Increase share of wallet among existing and potential agency partners.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to position IQVIA Digital solutions within the agency ecosystem.

• Promote the adoption of Audience & Data Solutions, Programmatic & Paid Media capabilities, and Measurement & Analytics Platforms.

• Ensure the team can effectively translate complex healthcare data capabilities into compelling, agency-ready solutions.

• Partner with Account Management & Client Services, Product & Data Science teams, and Marketing & Commercial Leadership.

• Align internal stakeholders to facilitate scalable execution of agency-led programs.

• Represent IQVIA Digital in senior-level agency meetings, presentations, and industry forums.

• Provide leadership insights on healthcare marketing trends, data privacy, and media innovation.

• Enhance team credibility through consistent, high-value partner engagement.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Over 10 years of experience in digital media, agency partnerships, or platform sales.

• Preferred experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industry marketing.

• A minimum of 3 years of direct people management experience leading quota-carrying sales or partnership teams.

• Demonstrated success in driving revenue through agency or partner ecosystems.

• Familiarity with paid media, including programmatic, search, and social advertising.

• Experience with data-driven targeting and measurement solutions.

• Experience working within or alongside healthcare agencies.

• Knowledge of privacy regulations and compliance related to healthcare data.

• Background in audience-first marketing strategies.

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.

• Strong executive presence and capability to influence senior stakeholders.

• In-depth understanding of the agency landscape and its operating models.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

• Capability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on deal support.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Must reside within the country where this position is posted to be eligible for this remote job opportunity.
