This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Develop and implement RSI's affiliate marketing strategy across all current and future regulated markets.
• Establish strategic partnerships with prominent affiliate partners and onboard new publishers.
• Represent RSI at events such as G2E, SBC Summit, ICE Barcelona, and iGB L!VE.
• Spearhead affiliate strategies for new market entries.
• Manage one of RSI's largest acquisition budgets and enhance CPA frameworks utilizing LTV and ROI.
• Enhance forecasting accuracy through improved commercial governance and payment oversight.
• Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, accruals, and partner payment procedures.
• Direct the affiliate technology roadmap from a Growth Marketing viewpoint.
• Work with MarTech, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance attribution, measurement, and affiliate tracking.
• Implement strategies to maximize app installs, deep linking, app-to-registration conversion, and mobile attribution.
• Supervise affiliate operations across regulated markets.
• Lead the evolution of commission structures, partner onboarding, and governance processes.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance on licensing, terms and conditions, responsible gaming, and fraud prevention.
• Partner with BI to operationalize partner-level LTV reporting and create executive dashboards.
• Utilize data to refine partner investment strategies.
• Ensure affiliates have access to up-to-date, effective marketing materials.
• Create scalable partner communications, business reviews, and promotional plans.
• Manage RSI's Affiliate Manager, providing coaching, development, and strategic guidance.
• Oversee the relationship with the Affiliate Network for managed services.
• Collaborate across functions to promote integrated acquisition strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Over 10 years of experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within regulated gaming.
• At least 2 years of experience in people management.
• Proven experience in managing affiliate programs, agencies, or strategic partnerships.
• In-depth knowledge of CPA, Revenue Share, hybrid commission structures, LTV, and ROI optimization.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Income Access, Impact, CJ, Partnerize, or similar.
• Strong commercial and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills at the executive level.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Preferred experience with a sportsbook or online casino operator.
• Experience with AppsFlyer or other mobile measurement tools is preferred.
• Experience launching affiliate programs in newly regulated markets is a plus.
• Knowledge of mobile attribution, deep linking, and app marketing is preferred.
• Familiarity with Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI is advantageous.
• Candidates must reside in eligible locations within the Continental US or Canada.
