Director, Advisory Services – Data Engineering and Project Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead consulting engagements focused on enhancing performance for healthcare organizations.

• Drive results from engagements and cultivate client relationships.

• Manage engagement resources, project logistics, economics, risks, and issues.

• Supervise the development and quality of client deliverables and solutions.

• Ensure project implementation guarantees profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Provide consulting services while mentoring, supervising, and developing staff.

• Act as a subject matter expert on projects when necessary.

• Participate in and lead internal activities involving analytics, standard KPIs, data ingestion, and best practices.

• Develop data pipelines.

• Create and present analytics.

• Develop and implement value-driven solutions.

• Foster a productive and collaborative team environment by enhancing staff skills and knowledge.

• Support opportunities for business development.

• Travel as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Proficiency in coordinating and delivering effective presentations (both verbal and written) to client audiences.

• Capability to oversee and assure the quality of analytics while mentoring others in client deliverables.

• Ability to build effective and collaborative relationships with clients and team members.

• Proven ability to lead work groups to successful outcomes.

• Demonstrated expertise in a specific area of knowledge.

• Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations, Strategic Planning, or Decision Support Analytics.

• Skills in qualitative analysis and strategic problem-solving.

• Experience with Revenue Cycle analytics.

• Familiarity with Data Bricks.

• Experience in creating pipelines.

• Proven track record in streamlining data ingestion processes.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams.

• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.

• Adaptability to change priorities swiftly and meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Proficient in operating computer programs and software.

• Effective communication skills, both in person and electronically.

• Capability to make independent decisions.

• Ability to work collaboratively in close quarters with peers and manage interruptions.

• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

• Travel requirement of 81-100% within the United States.
