This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate effectively as part of a team of Advisory consultants to enhance healthcare performance.

• Conduct billable client work while leading consulting projects.

• Drive results for engagements and manage client relationships, resources, risks, issues, project logistics, budgets, economics, and profitability.

• Supervise the development, quality assurance, implementation, and delivery of client solutions and outputs.

• Execute and oversee data analyses, interpretations, conclusions, and presentations.

• Conduct client interviews to identify their needs using analytical methods and tools.

• Formulate recommendations and solutions for client consideration.

• Assist teams in creating client presentations and deliverables.

• Mentor and develop team members.

• Engage in sales calls, responses to RFPs, oral presentations, preparation of statements of work, add-on sales, and business development efforts.

• Contribute to internal practice development, training, and educational initiatives at Premier.

• Complete annual mandatory training and assist in developing training materials for the practice.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Ability to coordinate and deliver impactful presentations (both verbal and written) to client audiences.

• Proficiency in overseeing and ensuring the quality of analytics while mentoring others in the production of client deliverables.

• Capability to relate effectively to clients and team members in a collaborative environment.

• Proven ability to lead work groups towards successful outcomes.

• Demonstrated expertise in a specific area of knowledge.

• Background in Health Systems Finance, Operations (clinical, support, or operational), Strategic Planning, or Decision Support Analytics.

• Strong qualitative analysis and strategic problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams.

• Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.

• Flexibility to adapt and change priorities swiftly; able to meet deadlines.

• Attention to detail is essential.

• Proficient in operating computer programs and software.

• Effective communication skills with audiences both in person and through electronic formats.

• Regular interaction with others (co-workers and/or the public).

• Capacity to make independent decisions.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative business environment, working closely with peers and managing interruptions.

• Willingness to travel 81-100% within the United States.
