This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Establish and take responsibility for the technical vision regarding comprehensive accelerated computing solutions alongside strategic partners.
• Design integrated "better together" reference architectures that encompass GPUs, interconnects, storage, networking, and software.
• Foster technical alignment among engineering teams, product management, field CTOs, and partner solution architects.
• Guarantee that joint solutions are optimized for performance, validated, and prepared for enterprise-scale implementation.
• Offer subject-matter expertise in accelerated computing, high-performance storage, high-speed networking, AI/ML frameworks, and data pipelines.
• Convert emerging AI workload requirements into collaborative architectural roadmaps.
• Oversee performance benchmarking, solution validation, and technical enablement for the field.
• Cultivate technical relationships with prominent partners as an executive-level technical counterpart.
• Create and implement joint technical roadmaps that align with corporate strategy.
• Coordinate co-development efforts, reference architectures, solution briefs, and joint go-to-market readiness.
• Represent WEKA during executive briefings, partner summits, and industry forums.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to convey the advantages of integrated solutions.
• Assist in strategic customer engagements that require architectural leadership.
• Equip field teams with validated designs, performance metrics, and competitive positioning.
• Contribute to thought leadership in AI infrastructure and accelerated computing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in AI infrastructure, data center systems, storage, or networking.
• Proven experience overseeing high-profile technical partnerships with hyperscalers, semiconductor vendors, or infrastructure collaborators.
• Strong architectural comprehension of the AI infrastructure stack, which includes compute, storage, networking, and software.
• Established capability to define and propel cross-company technical roadmaps.
• Located in Silicon Valley/Bay Area, with the ability to work closely with partner ecosystems.
• Architecturally rigorous and systems-oriented approach.
• Executive presence with the capacity to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating at the intersection of deep engineering and strategic business impact.
• High ownership mentality coupled with robust cross-functional collaboration skills.
