This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, guide, and inspire a team of provider relations representatives to meet sales objectives and surpass performance benchmarks.
• Offer direction, assistance, and training to ensure outstanding provider service and KPI achievements.
• Create customized strategies to foster key prescriber relationships, address provider requirements, and encourage mutual growth.
• Propel revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and broadening service offerings within current accounts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to devise solutions that meet provider needs and enhance customer value.
• Track and assess KPIs, implementing corrective measures to achieve or exceed objectives.
• Work alongside sales, marketing, account management, operations, and clinical teams.
• Spearhead initiatives to enhance sales processes and workflows.
• Develop and execute training programs that cover sales techniques, relationship management, product knowledge, and industry trends.
• Identify new business prospects and market trends within the Human Health sector.
• Prospect, qualify, and onboard new providers into the network.
• Manage key provider relationships, serving as a reliable point of contact and advisor.
• Create tailored solutions and nurture long-lasting partnerships.
• Build relationships with prescribers and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with account management teams to provide exceptional service.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive forces, and regulatory changes.
• Conduct market analysis to shape strategy, identify growth prospects, and mitigate risks.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Proven success in sales and business development within the compounding industry.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a knack for effectively coaching, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical abilities, with the capacity to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Preferred in-depth understanding of compounding pharmacy operations, regulations, and industry trends.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust to changing priorities and business needs.
• Commitment to excellence, customer satisfaction, and ongoing improvement.
• Capability to lift fifty (50) pounds.
• Experience in moving, lifting, or carrying boxes.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
