This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +7 more states.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and Plan Sponsors.
• Guide, educate, and address client concerns effectively.
• Build and nurture positive relationships with institutional clients.
• Develop internal collaborations to enhance service delivery.
• Define strategic direction for plans while taking ownership and responsibility for client relationships.
• Serve as the trusted advisor for clients, fostering relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Organize and lead productive in-person and/or phone meetings.
• Evaluate and suggest plan design alternatives, including both qualified and potentially nonqualified plans.
• Facilitate discussions around legal, regulatory, investment, and plan design matters.
• Coordinate internal resources to deliver client analysis and recommendations.
• Assess investment architecture and suggest suitable alternatives.
• Conduct Investment Review meetings and collaborate with Investment Consulting teams.
• Support Plan Sponsors with plan corrections, operational issues, PSW navigation, literature, and contribution inquiries.
• Address client issues and achieve satisfactory resolutions.
• Oversee the Book of Business with assistance from Client Service Managers and Testing and Reporting Analysts.
• Gather client feedback, anticipate concerns, and proactively offer solutions.
• The associate must possess Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
• A preferred 3-5+ years of experience in Relationship Management or Client Service, ideally within the Retirement/401K sector.
• Experience in retirement plan record keeping and administration.
• Proven relationship management experience.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Skills in presentation, influence, and negotiation.
• Series 07 - FINRA certification.
• Series 63 - FINRA certification.
