This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Design, implement, and sustain Coral’s internal 340B quality assurance and compliance framework.
• Supervise 340B eligibility validation, accumulator alignment, and financial integrity.
• Lead pre- and post-billing reviews to identify and address discrepancies.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly compliance audits and initiate corrective action plans.
• Perform cross-entity workflow validation across partner sites.
• Develop and uphold KPI and quality reporting dashboards.
• Provide HRSA registration and regulatory oversight, including OPAIS validation and registration coordination.
• Counsel hospital partners on Medicaid carve-in versus carve-out strategies.
• Verify that AIC sites are active in OPAIS prior to 340B dispensing and track approvals.
• Ensure adherence to HRSA patient eligibility requirements and infusion documentation standards.
• Lead comprehensive program onboarding and implementation across stakeholders and workstreams.
• Facilitate kickoff sessions with health system and infusion provider stakeholders, both onsite and virtually.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for referral, eligibility, order processing, inventory, billing, and audit response.
• Direct training for clinical, pharmacy, billing, inventory, and 340B program personnel.
• Manage pre-go-live testing, timelines, risks, and program launches.
• Oversee ongoing eligibility monitoring and TPA data reconciliation.
• Maintain records and coordinate audit cooperation.
• Lead issue resolution and corrective action processes.
• Produce operational reporting for health system and infusion provider leadership.
• Lead governance forums, performance reviews, medication review boards, compliance audit reviews, steering committees, and annual program reviews.
• Identify optimization opportunities, support leakage reanalysis and network expansion, and drive continuous improvement and scalability.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of direct experience in 340B program management, encompassing covered entity operations, contract pharmacy oversight, and TPA administration.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HRSA 340B program requirements, OPAIS registration, and Medicaid carve-in/carve-out strategies.
• Experience with 340B TPAs such as Verity Solutions or Macro Helix.
• Familiarity with dispensing platforms like CareTend or WeInfuse.
• Strong understanding of infusion therapy workflows, specialty drug supply chains, and payer reimbursement models.
• Proficient in developing SOPs, delivering staff training, and leading compliance audit programs.
• Capable of presenting to hospital leadership and executive teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• A pharmacy degree (PharmD or RPh) is strongly preferred.
• Board certification or advanced training in specialty pharmacy or managed care pharmacy is preferred.
• Experience managing multi-site 340B programs across oncology, rheumatology, GI, or neurology service lines is preferred.
• Familiarity with EHR integration workflows and data exchange between hospital and infusion center platforms is preferred.
• Director-level candidates: 7+ years of leadership in 340B or specialty pharmacy operations, including direct reports and cross-functional teams.
