Digital Work – ACM Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement ACM strategies for Managed Services and Project clients, encompassing communication and training initiatives.

• Comprehend and align with client change management frameworks to ensure effective adoption.

• Partner with client business leaders to optimize operations and enhance awareness of change strategies.

• Facilitate client communication, drive program momentum, and promote learning.

• Collaborate with both internal and external technical teams on technology rollout and adoption strategies.

• Recognize obstacles to change and devise counter-strategies to alleviate resistance or change fatigue.

• Spearhead change management and adoption initiatives for Microsoft 365 technologies.

• Deliver and tailor training for end users on Microsoft 365, Copilot, and emerging tools.

• Offer personalized coaching on Microsoft 365, modern work practices, and Copilot.

• Monitor Microsoft 365 updates and create adoption content aimed at users.

• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and guide project teams on stakeholder management.

• Mentor and coach senior leadership on change management practices and the effectiveness of Change Sponsors.

• Build talent pipelines through networking within technical communities and industry events.

• Develop educational and FAQ materials in written, visual, and video formats.

• Conduct training sessions online, in person, and through various technology platforms.

• Maintain customized online learning portals and refresh content in line with technological advancements.

• Evaluate usage and outcomes, generate reports and action plans, and monitor adoption metrics.

• Engage in continuous process enhancement and revise business processes, work instructions, and forms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in change management, technology adoption, or related fields, ideally within the IT or technology sectors.

• In-depth experience with Microsoft technologies, particularly Microsoft 365 applications and tools.

• Demonstrated capability to deliver training, communication, and end-user adoption programs.

• Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences effectively.

• Experience in managing multiple client projects and task assignments simultaneously.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; adept at building relationships with stakeholders and end users.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented and well-organized.

• Familiarity with Prosci®/ADKAR or similar change management methodologies is advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learning management systems.
