Digital Transformation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Spearhead comprehensive digital transformation initiatives, encompassing diagnosis, planning, execution, and monitoring.

• Perform organizational diagnostics to uncover opportunities for enhancement and innovation.

• Collaborate directly with clients to gain insights into their challenges, requirements, and strategic goals.

• Map and redesign processes with a focus on efficiency, digitalization, and value creation.

• Create roadmaps and action plans for digital transformation projects.

• Ensure timely project delivery within scope while adhering to quality standards.

• Recognize business opportunities (upselling and cross-selling) during project execution.

• Assist the commercial team by providing technical and consultative insights for proposal development.

• Act as a liaison between technical teams, business units, and client stakeholders.

• Facilitate change management and adoption initiatives for implemented solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Computer, Software or related fields), Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar disciplines.

• Proven experience in consulting or working on digital transformation, innovation, or process improvement projects.

• Involvement in the implementation of technological solutions and/or organizational changes.

• Proficient in project management using both traditional and agile methodologies.

• Experience in process mapping and redesign activities.

• Regular interaction with business and technology domains.

• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and familiarity with project and portfolio management.

• Knowledge of data analytics and performance metrics.

• Experience in defining and monitoring transformation KPIs.

• Postgraduate/MBA in Digital Transformation, Innovation, or Project Management is advantageous.

• Certifications in Agile (Scrum, SAFe), PMP, ITIL, Lean, or Design Thinking are a plus.

• Experience in large-scale projects or engagement with multiple clients is a differentiator.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technological solutions.
