Digital Trading & Performance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee, assess, and convey the health and performance of the marketplace across essential commercial, candidate, and product KPIs.

• Discover growth opportunities, performance threats, and optimization possibilities through data analysis and market intelligence.

• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Pricing, and Commercial teams to enhance marketplace outcomes.

• Transform trends and insights into actionable recommendations that inform strategy, investment choices, and business priorities.

• Share performance trends, business challenges, and opportunities with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.

• Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer behaviors to bolster growth and marketplace strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Marketplace, Ecommerce, Digital Trading, Performance Marketing, or Product Performance environments.

• Proficiency in interpreting complex datasets, identifying trends, and revealing actionable business insights.

• Documented experience in converting data into recommendations that lead to measurable business results.

• Capacity to build rapport and influence decisions across various teams and functions.

• Assurance in presenting insights, recommendations, and challenges to senior stakeholders.

• Organized, data-driven mindset with a proven history of identifying and addressing business challenges.

• Experience in digital marketplaces, ecommerce, conversion optimization, pricing, or growth-oriented business environments (nice-to-have).

• Background in presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership or executive stakeholders (nice-to-have).

• Familiarity with AI-powered tools, reporting frameworks, or advanced analytics (nice-to-have).
