This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the Digital Technology Finance team within Digital Business Systems.
• Manage financial operations for the Networks & Integration Services and Hosting Services teams.
• Create budgets and conduct monthly variance reporting, analysis, and forecasting.
• Execute ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed.
• Maintain historical data and perform trend analysis.
• Advise on and interpret budgetary policies and procedures.
• Engage in both external and internal management reviews.
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports on expenses, labor usage, variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Generate year-end forecasts based on consolidated business inputs.
• Assist with quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs), addressing costs, risks, and opportunities for Digital Technologies.
• Evaluate EAC changes from previous periods by CAS segment.
• Assess performance against the most current EAC across CAS segments.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis of monthly variances relative to budget baseline and EAC positions.
• Support monthly Management Business Reviews and internal evaluations.
• Maintain the alternate cost center hierarchy within APEX/SAP.
• Develop budgets as required.
• Ensure that changes and creations of cost centers adhere to approved processes and meet CAS-specific requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with financial software systems is required.
• Advanced skills in Excel are preferred, including Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA, and SQL.
• Experience with SAP Business Systems, such as APEX, PRISM, and Business Warehouse, is preferred.
• Previous experience in Defense Contracting Finance is a plus.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
• Candidates must reside and work in one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories.
