Digital Technology Principal Finance Analyst – P3

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Manage the financial aspects of Networks & Integration Services and Hosting Services.

• Create budgets and conduct monthly variance analysis, reporting, and forecasting.

• Execute ad hoc analysis and reporting tasks.

• Preserve historical financial records and carry out trend analysis.

• Suggest and clarify budgetary policies and procedures.

• Engage in both external and internal management reviews.

• Report on daily, weekly, and monthly expenditures and labor utilization.

• Conduct risk and opportunity assessments on established budgets.

• Generate year-end forecasts based on consolidated business contributions.

• Assist with quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs) for Digital Technologies, covering costs, risks, and opportunities.

• Evaluate changes from prior EAC by CAS for Digital Technologies.

• Analyze performance against the latest EAC across CAS segments.

• Carry out detailed financial analysis of monthly variances compared to the budget baseline and EAC positions.

• Support monthly Management Business Reviews and internal assessments for Digital Technologies.

• Maintain the alternative cost center hierarchy within APEX/SAP.

• Prepare budgets efficiently.

• Ensure that changes and new creations in cost centers adhere to approved processes and CAS-specific requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience.

• Proficiency in Excel, including the use of pivot tables and advanced formulas.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, such as Word and PowerPoint.

• Experience with financial software systems.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• Must reside and work in one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories.

• Advanced Excel capabilities, including Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA, and SQL.

• Experience utilizing SAP Business Systems, including APEX, PRISM, and Business Warehouse.

• Background in Defense Contracting Finance is preferred.
