This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct Digital Technology captures for various proposals related to the Naval Power SBU programs.

• Act as the main Digital Technology contact for initial capture support for a Strategic Business Unit.

• Collaborate with SBU Program Architects in Agile workflows for Digital Technology proposal responses.

• Assist in Agile initiatives, data acquisition, and workflow management for the DT Front End of the Business portfolio.

• Communicate with stakeholders and team up with Proposal Leads during the transition of proposal activities.

• Aid in special projects concerning Program Architecture.

• Actively engage with the DT organization and relevant functions and stakeholders.

• Work together with leadership in Program, Capture, and Digital Technology across the proposal portfolio.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 7 years of experience.

• Proficiency in proposal preparation, IT and Engineering requirements analysis, cost and schedule estimation, and technical documentation pertinent to the Statement of Work (SOW).

• Familiarity with Contracts, Basis of Estimates (BOEs), IT, and Engineering Processes and Practices.

• Experience in facilitating and responding to Requests for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposals (RFP).

• An active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance is required before the start date.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• Willingness and capability to travel domestically as required by business needs.

• Extensive experience as an Agile Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Product Manager is preferable.

• PMP and/or PMX/CMX Certification is highly sought after.

• Preferred expertise in project management, risk and opportunity analysis, cost analysis (CAM), and performance tracking across complex programs.

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), Engineering, Mathematics, or a STEM field is preferred.
