Digital Solutions Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Utilize technology to facilitate the capturing, archiving, live streaming, and sharing of clinical video and additional data.

• Implement existing and future digital strategies to enhance the adoption of digital solutions among customers.

• Oversee customer onboarding processes, conducting workflow analysis and optimization.

• Provide training for customers and offer application support.

• Assist sales and marketing initiatives through customer presentations and product demonstrations.

• Lead customer meetings and deliver training services within clinical environments.

• Develop and sustain long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in procedural / operating room healthcare software is required.

• At least 2 years of experience with clinical project integrations is necessary.

• Familiarity with EMR/PACS solutions is advantageous.

• A background in training clinical and operating room staff is essential.

• Knowledge of the procedural/operating room environment is required.

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

• Expertise in providing consulting services that deliver value to the customer is required.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively and consistently.

• Capacity to identify and comprehend customer needs, engage with them, and inspire adoption of new and effective solutions.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, with proficiency in English and French preferred.
