Digital Solutions Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Deliver technology solutions for the capture, archiving, live streaming, and sharing of clinical video and data.

• Implement current and future digital strategies to enhance the adoption of digital solutions.

• Oversee customer onboarding processes, conducting workflow analysis and optimization.

• Provide training for customers and assist in sales/marketing initiatives through presentations and product demonstrations.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and decision-makers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.

• A background in engineering, life sciences, or medicine is preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience in procedural or OR healthcare software is required.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with clinical project integrations.

• Familiarity with EMR/PACS solutions is advantageous.

• Experience in training clinical and OR staff is necessary.

• Understanding of the Procedural/Operating Room environment is essential.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

• Ability to deliver consulting services that provide value to the customer is essential.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English are required.
