Digital Solutions Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and improve the public WordPress and Elementor website.

• Conduct backups and implement security and functionality updates.

• Handle DNS configurations and update DNS names following domain migrations.

• Execute theme and plugin updates and resolve compatibility issues.

• Monitor website problems and apply solutions to reduce downtime.

• Assist in the internal application development using Microsoft Power Apps and Power BI.

• Create, maintain, and enhance internal business applications with Power Apps and Power Apps Portals.

• Provide support for Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

• Work closely with business users and IT staff to pinpoint opportunities for process improvement.

• Test, troubleshoot, and document Power Platform solutions and enhancements for the website.

• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of systems and services.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• Candidates must present proof of U.S. citizenship before employment, which could include a U.S. passport, birth certificate, or Certificate of Naturalization.

• Non-citizens, including lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders), are not eligible for this position.

• Experience or a keen interest in WordPress and Elementor is preferred.

• Understanding of DNS management and domain migration processes.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Apps Portals, and Power BI is advantageous.

• Capability to support website security, backups, updates, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

• Availability for part-time work is required.
