Digital Solutions Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Carry out operational routines, configure tables, and update files in systems in accordance with established guidelines and checklists.

• Oversee and manage operational processes.

• Conduct targeted validations of databases and tables to ensure data integrity.

• Perform usability and functional acceptance testing based on predefined test scenarios and workflows, maintaining a business-focused perspective.

• Assist in mapping, structuring, and documenting business processes and rules.

• Provide support for ad hoc analyses aimed at diagnosing operational issues and identifying opportunities for process enhancements.

• Actively engage in supporting the existing system and testing new functionalities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed or ongoing university degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related disciplines.

• Strong analytical skills to adhere to structured processes and checklists, as well as to conduct basic numerical validations.

• Execution-oriented, disciplined in meeting deadlines, and extremely detail-focused.

• Comfortable handling large datasets.

• Familiarity with the Google Platform is advantageous.

• Previous experience in systems, functional software testing, or user acceptance testing is beneficial.

• Knowledge of SQL or database manipulation is preferred.

• Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or S&OP is advantageous.
