Digital Solution Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create innovative, comprehensive solution concepts that integrate Customer Experience, transformation, and AI technologies.

• Evaluate customer requirements and processes to pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Convert identified improvement opportunities into persuasive proposals and tender documents.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design forward-thinking service and transformation models.

• Facilitate cooperation with business units, partners, and interdisciplinary teams.

• Develop intricate concepts into well-structured and visually appealing presentations.

• Keep abreast of current market and technology trends and provide proactive insights.

• Enhance solution design methodologies.

• Continuously refine approaches and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in business administration, business informatics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

• Several years of experience in Customer Experience, Customer Service, IT, consulting, or Solution Design.

• Proven experience in crafting complex solutions and developing proposals and tender documents, ideally with interdisciplinary teams.

• Strong understanding of digital business models, contemporary CX technologies, automation, and AI applications.

• Confident demeanor with robust analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

• Capable of presenting complex concepts in a structured and visually engaging way.

• High level of initiative and a solution-focused work approach.

• Passion for digital transformation, innovative customer experiences, and current technology trends.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
