Digital Software Engineer – Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Create and implement technology that enhances customer experiences.

• Produce high-quality, production-ready code through vision, definition, planning, execution, deployment, and maintenance.

• Collaborate with Product Management to develop customer-focused experiences.

• Explore new technologies and methodologies to enhance platform performance and improve customer satisfaction.

• Maintain consistency, reliability, supportability, and observability across services.

• Effectively communicate to unite teams and facilitate solutions to challenges.

• Evaluate product tradeoffs and deliver straightforward, user-friendly products.

• Build relationships with diverse teams across all levels of the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Strong comprehension of software layers, including UI, service, data storage, and communication layers.

• Prior experience in delivering commercial cloud and backend software products and services at enterprise to internet scale, or in a related field.

• Experience in software development within a production environment, utilizing languages such as Java, C++, or others.

• Previous work experience in a similar resort environment.

• Familiarity with distributed computing, enterprise-wide systems, agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

• Experience in a DevOps culture and working with distributed teams.
