This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Assist in the development of ecommerce workflows and enhancements as system and platform functionalities progress.
• Aid in the optimization of product attributes and taxonomy to enhance customer navigation, conversion rates, and merchandising versatility.
• Collaborate with ecommerce and creative teams to ensure that digital content is accurate, timely, and aligned with seasonal storytelling and customer experience objectives.
• Facilitate the adoption of new platform capabilities and tools that enhance ecommerce execution and customer engagement.
• Extract and prepare sanctioned product data from PLM systems (Backbone) for ecommerce site implementation.
• Utilize ecommerce systems and tools, including Excel and product management platforms, to clean, organize, and transform product data.
• Assist in product onboarding, product readiness, onsite categorization, customer-facing attributes, and digital merchandising execution.
• Review and verify product information for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with merchandising and customer experience objectives.
• Implement and maintain product attribution and tagging for navigation, filtering, search relevance, and onsite navigation.
• Support the creation of product descriptions, customer-facing content, onsite copy updates, product launches, collection updates, site content modifications, and promotional initiatives.
• Ensure the accuracy of product listings, pricing, promotional messaging, and product availability.
• Conduct QA validation across product pages, navigation, search results, and promotional experiences.
• Compile and organize product and site data using Excel.
• Address reporting requirements and identify opportunities to enhance data accuracy, operational efficiency, and ecommerce execution processes.
• 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or a related field.
• Strong data management capabilities, including familiarity with systems, product platforms, and Excel; proficiency in data manipulation and formulas such as VLOOKUP/INDEX MATCH is essential.
• Experience with PLM/PIM systems (Backbone or similar preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Experience in supporting digital content, copy updates, and ecommerce merchandising execution.
• Understanding of ecommerce taxonomy, product attribution, site merchandising, and best practices for customer navigation.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and Shopify is advantageous.
• Comfort with adapting to evolving systems, tools, and ecommerce processes.
• Detail-oriented and execution-focused mindset.
• Interest in eCommerce, digital experience, and product storytelling.
