This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee and grow Twilio.org Self-Service and Named Account clientele within nonprofit industries
• Comprehend clients’ business and technical needs and devise solutions utilizing Twilio’s communications API platform
• Manage complete sales cycles and maintain a portfolio of business to secure new revenue, safeguard existing revenue, and promote upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Implement programmable sales strategies to achieve revenue, gross margin, and gross profit targets
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Development, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Support teams regarding renewals and customer needs
• Guide customers on digital communication strategies and assist them in initiating their use of the Twilio platform
• Create and uphold precise sales pipelines and forecasts utilizing Salesforce CRM
• Execute automation strategies to handle high-volume customer service while upholding NPS and minimizing churn
• Propel deals forward, eliminate customer and internal barriers, recommend solutions, and refine processes
• Cultivate expertise in the social impact and nonprofit sectors
• Convey intricate technical and financial information in an easily understandable manner
• Manage competing priorities and juggle multiple projects and deals effectively
• Minimum of 5+ years of sales, marketing, and/or operations experience in a technical SaaS/CPaaS environment, with a proven record of high performance
• Experience in technical solutions selling, including closing deals
• Proven history of managing business forecasts and financial models
• Proficient in engaging with both business and highly technical leaders, influencing their perspectives and fostering supportive alliances
• Analytical approach to account development strategy leveraging data to identify opportunities and demonstrate value
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to define processes and develop programs
• Track record of delivering revenue and gross profit outcomes
• Strong personal commitment to the social impact sector and a passion for creating positive change
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill complex technical and financial concepts
• High adaptability and comfort with new challenges, fast-paced environments, ambiguity, and change
