Digital Recruitment, AI Specialist – Executive Search

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Utilize AI tools and digital platforms to discover relevant opportunities and facilitate candidate placements.

• Harness LinkedIn, job portals, company career websites, and other online resources for sourcing and applications.

• Employ AI to customize CVs, cover letters, and applications for specific roles.

• Conduct research on companies, identify suitable openings, and engage with relevant recruiters and hiring managers.

• Oversee applications, follow-ups, and candidate updates through a structured tracking system.

• Investigate new AI tools, automation solutions, and digital sourcing techniques to enhance productivity.

• Ensure that applications are precise, relevant, and submitted through authorized channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, or recruitment operations.

• Strong practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent platforms.

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, Boolean search, and online research.

• Capability to leverage technology to streamline recruitment processes, identify positions for C-suite candidates, and enhance outcomes.

• Excellent written English skills, attention to detail, and thorough follow-through.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and take responsibility for results.

• Familiarity with the UAE and GCC job markets will be an advantage.
